“Amazing company from start to finish. We used Elderly Assist to declutter our home back in July and they did a wonderful job. They take away the overwhelming feeling and all of the stress. When we sold our home in October and decided to move into a retirement village. We had no doubt about who we were going to call to help us move and guide us through this stressful process. Again from start to finish every item we wanted to take with us was carefully packed by Carlos, Karen and the wonderful team of ladies Carolyn & Megan. The items we didn’t want were taken away to either be donated to charity or sold on trade me on our behalf. The things of no value and not wanted by anyone are disposed of in the correct way. The day of the big move came and everything was packed on the truck by 9.30am and delivered and unpacked into cupboards, wardrobes, kitchen drawers and our bed made. All this by 2.30pm and not a single item was broken, or damaged. What a wonderful feeling to be able to sit back and relax with a cup of tea and enjoy some yummy home baking baked and delivered by Janice in our new home stress free, knowing we had chosen the right team to assist us.
